At the Big Beaver Brewery, we like a challenge. That’s why all of our beers are brewed in the traditional German style with the best ingredients. While this complex technique is more costly and time consuming, you can taste the difference. Try our Pecker Pilsner and immediately you know why brewing beer is our favorite labor of love.
All our beers are brewed on location with a well balanced selection ranging from light lagers to hearty stouts and porters. Hop heads will appreciate the complexity of our Big Woody IPA, layered with multiple hops. Even our traditional British brown ale is brewed in the German style to bring out the flavors. And our customers agree, voting with their pints, to make Bust-A-Nut Brown Ale our most popular beer.

The Big Beaver Taproom
